Day 4 / 12th January 2021

I had a good night's sleep last night... except for the cat waking me up three time between 2:30 and 3:30am, and this time he didn't wake me up mid-REM cycle, and I couldn't recall what I might have been dreaming about as I wearily wandered downstairs and kicked him outside. My alarm went off at 6:45 but I dozed back off until I was startled awake (at 7:30) by the sound of approaching bin men and I rushed out of bed to get my bins out! It was only then that I recalled what I had been dreaming about (which formed a full page in my dream diary).

After my morning read I went out for my morning run.

It felt like a reasonable run with 151 average bpm and peaking at 172 bpm (not my best sprint).

At late morning I went out on my bike. This trip involved two stops of around an hour each. For this I manually activated the activity on the Change 4 and paused it for each stop. It doesn't seem to actually log this in any visual way on the chart so I put these points in myself, along with the terrain in blue.

The ride felt pretty average. My average bpm was better than on the 10th January when I didn't have much energy, but my heart peaked at only 137 bpm.
